All sales of digital products are final once course content has been accessed. A limited 48-hour refund window applies only to purchases where no content has been accessed. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this policy.

Scope of This Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all digital products sold by Wellness4Life LLC, including:

  • Online educational video courses
  • Downloadable PDF files and supplementary course materials
  • Access credentials or license keys provided upon purchase

Because our products are delivered electronically and course access is granted immediately upon payment, they are generally not subject to return. The specific conditions under which a refund may be requested are set forth in Section 4 below.

Pre-Purchase Course Preview

Before making a purchase, customers are provided with a full video description and preview of the course content directly on the product landing page. This preview gives you a clear and accurate representation of:

  • The topics and subject matter covered in the course
  • The format and structure of the video lessons
  • The types of downloadable PDF materials included
  • The overall scope and learning outcomes of the program
Please Review Before Purchasing We encourage all prospective customers to review the course preview thoroughly before purchasing. The availability of a pre-purchase preview means that once a purchase is completed, claims of dissatisfaction based on content expectations will generally not qualify for a refund.

Checkout Acknowledgment Requirement

To complete your purchase, you are required to actively check a box on the checkout page confirming the following:

"I understand that this is a final sale and no refunds will be issued once I have accessed the course content."

This acknowledgment is a required condition of purchase. It is logged with a timestamp at the time of your transaction and constitutes your agreement to the terms of this policy. Purchases cannot be completed without this confirmation.

48-Hour Refund Window (No Content Accessed): A full refund may be requested within forty-eight (48) hours of the original purchase date, provided that no course content has been accessed — meaning no videos have been streamed or downloaded and no PDF files have been opened or downloaded.

After Content Is Accessed: Once any course video or downloadable file has been accessed, the purchase is final and no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content
  • Failure to complete the course
  • Purchasing by mistake after content has been opened
  • Discovering similar content available elsewhere
  • Personal or scheduling conflicts preventing continued use
How Access Is Determined Our platform records and timestamps all content access events. These records are definitive in determining whether any course material has been viewed or downloaded, and will be used to evaluate all refund requests.

Technical Access Issues — Our Commitment to You

We understand that technical problems can occur, and we take them seriously. If you are unable to access your purchased content due to a technical issue on our platform, our first and primary commitment is to resolve the problem and restore your access as quickly as possible.

Contact Us Before Disputing Please contact us before initiating a dispute with your credit card issuer. Initiating a chargeback for a technical issue — without first allowing us the opportunity to resolve it — may result in permanent revocation of your access credentials.

Duplicate Charges & Unauthorized Transactions

The following situations are addressed promptly and handled separately from our standard no-refund policy:

Situation How We Handle It
Duplicate Charge If your account is charged more than once for the same product in a single transaction event, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. Please provide your order number and bank/card statement showing both charges.
Unauthorized Transaction If you have credible evidence that a purchase was made on your account without your knowledge or authorization, please contact us immediately and also report the transaction to your card issuer directly.

How to Submit a Refund or Support Request

All requests must be submitted by email within the applicable timeframe. Please include the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address used at checkout
  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The date of purchase
  • A clear description of your request or issue
  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of error messages, bank statements for duplicate charge claims)

Credit Card Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer without first contacting Wellness4Life LLC, we reserve the right to provide your card issuer with documentation demonstrating that:

  • The purchase was completed knowingly and in accordance with this policy
  • A pre-purchase course preview was available and displayed on the product page
  • A required acknowledgment checkbox confirming understanding of the no-refund policy was checked at the time of checkout
  • Platform access records confirming whether and when content was accessed
Fraudulent Chargebacks We will cooperate fully with all payment processor and card network dispute processes. Fraudulent chargebacks on purchases where access has been confirmed may be reported to relevant authorities.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. By purchasing from Wellness4Life LLC, you agree that any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

Policy Updates

Wellness4Life LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our products or services following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
